Lenoflex is proud to announce the launch of our latest innovation — the Oil-Drop Fabric-Reinforced PVC Helix Discharge Hose.
This new-generation hose is designed specifically for fuel transport, tank truck unloading, and fluid transfer operations involving diesel, kerosene, and other hydrocarbon-based fuels.
Thanks to its optimized construction, it is 50% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, while maintaining excellent flexibility, pressure resistance, and electrostatic safety.
The hose integrates a nitrile rubber static-dissipating tube, synthetic fabric braiding, and a rigid PVC helix, offering enhanced performance in both mobile and stationary fuel handling.
It is rated for up to 40% aromatic content and is equipped with a static grounding wire to ensure safe discharge operations.

The Oil-Drop Helix Hose is available in sizes from 2'' to 4'' with customized lengths and fittings.
